Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms define the conditions under which the invico service (the "Service") is made available by Company name (the "Publisher").

2. Acceptance

Use of the Service implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with all or part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Service.

The Publisher reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Description of the Service

invico is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tool that helps trades professionals generate quotes from voice notes and photos using artificial intelligence.

Access requires an internet connection, a valid user account and a compatible device (smartphone, tablet or computer).

4. User account

Use of the Service requires the creation of an account. Users undertake to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, and to keep their credentials confidential.

Any use of the account by a third party is the user's responsibility. In case of fraudulent use, the user must inform the Publisher without delay.

5. Pricing and payment

Subscription prices are indicated on invico.pro and may be modified at any time. Modifications do not retroactively affect ongoing subscriptions.

Payment is made via automatic monthly or annual debit, depending on the chosen plan. Invoices are available in the user dashboard.

A free 14-day trial is offered without commitment, cancellable at any time. After the trial, the account moves to a limited free plan; no charge occurs without explicit subscription.

6. User obligations

The user agrees to:

• Use the Service in accordance with its purpose and applicable laws
• Not infringe third-party rights or public order
• Not attempt unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
• Not reproduce, copy, sell or exploit the Service for commercial purposes without permission
• Not upload illegal, defamatory, infringing or privacy-violating content

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its code, design, databases, trademarks and content remain the exclusive property of the Publisher. The user is granted only a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use during their subscription.

Content uploaded by users (quotes, photos, voice notes, customer data) remains theirs. Users grant the Publisher a limited licence to process such content for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Personal data

Personal data processing is governed by our privacy policy and GDPR page.

9. Liability

The Publisher undertakes to provide the Service with diligence, on a best-efforts basis. The Service is provided "as is" and the Publisher does not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

The Publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, loss of customers, reputational harm, etc.). Liability is capped at the amount paid by the user over the past 12 months.

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of generated quotes and for sending them to their customers. invico is an assistance tool: final review is the user's responsibility.

10. Force majeure

The Publisher cannot be held liable for non-performance of its obligations in case of force majeure as defined under French case law (including: natural disasters, conflicts, major network outages, cyberattacks, etc.).

11. Termination

Users may terminate their subscription at any time from their account. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rata refund is granted.

The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of breach of these Terms, without notice or refund.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the courts within the jurisdiction of the Publisher's registered office shall have exclusive competence.
